Salt for Health
Like refined white sugar, refined white salt is not healthy.
Use sea salt or rock salt like Himalayan salt. All these are rich in many minerals and vital for health. Just table salt or chemical salt does not have these minerals that has a huge impact on our health.
Our cell, bour blood and all fluids of body have salt compistion that is alike to sea water.
This is logical because life arose in sea water. So use sea salt or rock salt, which is also from sea only.
