Diabetes should be taken seriously because it leads step by step to other health complications.

Weight loss in severe diabetic conditions occurs because insulin, who opens the gates to allow butrients to go inside the cells is deficient (in diabetes condition). Cells wont get glucose or any nutrients if there is no insulin. So even eating protein powder or vitamins is of no use to overcome weight loss or tiredness. The tiredness is also because the cells are not getting any nutrients. This is why diabetes is called starving in presence of food.

The cells are starving in a ridiculously high amount of glucose and nutrients in blood. This is also  the cause for knee problems, tiredness, inflmmation, ulcers etc.  In Diabetes all the parts of the body will start to get rust like symptoms and so diabetes should be taken really serious. Ulcers are the worse symptom of diabetes because the immunity is also getting affected.

But doing all the five elements of pancha bhoota the patient will be perfectly be alright. So take five steps to reduce  blood sugar to normal.

five-hands-health

There are five steps in this efficient method to bring diabetes under control naturally without using any medications or insulin shots. We have numerous patients reporting to us about the efficacy of this natural simple method.  We suggest that patients do not  stop their current medications while doing this Pancha Bhoota Method. Instead while carefully monitoring the blood glucose, one is advised to reduce the medications.  Many successful stories of completely getting out of medications and insulin have been reported to us.

Systematic approach

If some one was taking three pills a day, we suggest that they try the P.B five steps method for 41 days and then monitor the blood glucose. After monitoring, reduce one pill and continue with two pills a day for three to six weeks. Monitor the blood glucose often to make sure that normal blood glucose levels are maintained. After satisfactory results, we recommend to reduce to one pill a day for another three to six weeks and monitor as above. Then slowly reduce to half a pill and day and finally without pills.

The same regimen should be followed by some one who would want to get free from insulin usage. Gradually reduce the insulin shots but use anti-diabetic pills.  Then gradually decrease the dose of pills and stick to the natural regimen. This systematic approach helps to gain control over sugar levels without any risk.

We suggest a very effective approach as a natural alternative for the diabetes pill - the Sakthi Diabetic Mix.

Glycigreen  - Commercially sold Sakthi Diabetes mix in capsules.

Sakthi Diabetic mix. We suggest the patients to make a natural diabetic medicine.

Use organically produced for best results.

Ingredients:

One part of organic fenugreek seed powder (click here to know about Fenugreek).

Half  part organic curry leaves powder (click here to know about Curry Leaves).

Quarter part  organic Turmeric powder (click here to know about Turmeric).

One hundredth part organic cinnamon powder (click here to know about Cinnamon).

Preparation :You can take  take one tea-cup as one part for fenugreek seeds, half cup for curry leaves powder and quarter cup for turmeric powder and quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Mix and keep in a dry container. You can put in a small container while travelling.

Consume one teaspoonful of the above Sakthi Diabetic MIx, three times a day after food.   The powder can be put in the mouth and drink water to swallow it down. You can drink water to allow to swallow qucik and avoid the slight bitter taste.

This powder will absorb the glucose in food and also enrich the fiber and so the blood sugar level in blood drops. Do this for at least a month and keep monitoring the blood sugar levels.

Please do not stop your medications or insulin, but gradually reduce them step by step after doing Pancha Bhoota healing.

Pancha Bhoota, the Five element steps to heal diabetes.

1. water Therapy:  Doing water therapy rejuvenates all organs, especially, liver and pancreas which when function poorly result in diabetes. In the next few pages you can read about the details of doing water therapy for diabetes.

2. Earth Therapy: In this approach , we suggest the Sakthi Diabetic mix to be taken every time after the meals. we also suggest whole foods and unrefined foods and special foods to rejuvenate liver, because liver  influences pancreatic function.

In this section we also discuss , why eating refined foods cause diabetes. We highlight the role of insulin in controlling blood sugar levels and fiber rich foods in preventing diabetes.

White rice consumption and risk of type 2 diabetes: meta-analysis and systematic review

More than the glycemic index of foods we discuss about the benefits of eating a wide range of foods which nourishes the body with nutrients that support body functions. All these important information is available in diabetes clinic section.

Very important is to cleanse the liver and intestines with Castor oil and Gallnut (cleansing) alternatively every two months.

Fermented foods: Ancient Indians ate fermented grains and millets so that the intestines were kept healthy and so does the the body. We have seen that eating fermented rice increases the bacterial content and fiber like effect. Also during fermentation, bcateria will breakdown sugars into lactate or acetates so that body is spared of doign that work. This decreases the stress of organs of pancreas, liver and stomach. Olden days, rice, wheat and other grains were fermented and eaten and so had less diseases. Now we dontchew food properly and eat without digested the starch in the mouth (salivary amyalse digest starch in mouth) and so it is a starin for digestive system to do that work. Hiowever bacteria digests food and helps our system to have less stress. Eating fermented foods therefore prevents diabetes, cholesterol problems heart and kideny diseases. In North India, wheat dough was prepared and sovered in cotton cloth and allowed to ferment for many hours and chapathi was made. This is very good for the system. When we eat unfermented chappathy, rotti and tortioas, it becomes a strain for our system.  . See the importance of fermented foods in diabetes.

Anothernews that Gut bacteria and type-2-diabetes

3. Fire Therapy: Just by eating healthy or whole foods one cannot control diabetes. Physical exercise is needed especially walking is unavoidable aspect in controlling diabetes.

4. Air Therapy: Because of stress we do not breathe sufficiently. Increasing oxygen supply is vital for the rejuvenation of the body.

5. Space Therapy: The stress of the mind aggravates diabetes. Relaxation and

With this holistic five elemental approach, diabetes can controlled to an extent that one can live without medications and insulin shots. This complete natural approach is free from side effects and also simple, inexpensive.

Un-treated or ignored diabetes will lead to other diseases like kidney failures, eye damage and general break down of health. The most advantageous approach of Pancha Bhoota healing is that it  prevents from other diseases too.

Now let us read in detail, each Pancha Bhoota element specific for healing diabetes.

Pancha Bhoota, the Five element steps to heal diabetes.

2. Earth Therapy:

Just read the observation below which holds good for all no matter which nationality they belong.

Till late 1950's and 1960's in southern parts of India, Diabetes was often called as the disease of the rich. The main reason it was seen in the rich was because they consume refined sugar, refined rice and no healthy diets. The poor people ate only unpolished brown rice and unrefined sugar called as jaggery or they consumed palm sugar. (Many old folk in Indian villages tell that white sugar was used only on festival days). They did not eat too much of diary products and meat too. Their diet was mainly, locally grown fruits and vegetables, which varied according to the seasons.

They ate all kinds of leafy vegetables and also fiber rich foods like jackfruits, plantain stems, flowers, bottle gourd, bitter melon, snake guard, yam leaves etc. Apart from this they had good physical activity. They ate a lot of Bajara or Pearl millet, Barley, Oats, Jawar or Great Millet, Italian Millet, Maize or Corn, buckwheat
Ragi or African millet, Rice, Rough Chaff or Prickly Chaff, Wheat,  quinoa, Fox-millet, Finger millet,  and tapioca. Rich people considered that it was below their dignity to consume these local foods. They paid labors to polish the grains to white and  ironically they were more prone to diseases.

After 1960's refined foods became a common commodity for rich and poor and the diet patterns changed which chiefly ignored the healthy variety of fruits, vegetables and healthy leaves. Now diabetes is no longer the disease of the rich. All these observations clearly teach us that change in diet and physical activity is the cause for diabetes.

Is carbohydrate the cause for diabetes?
Eating more carbohydrates and balanced amount of proteins and fats is the healthy way of eating. Of course the carbohydrates should be unrefined. A healthy diet is to use brown rice, whole wheat instead of white wheat and also eating all foods in the whole form. Especially to Indians who consume carbohydrates in abundance, switching to brown rice and whole wheat is the best option. Carbohydrates is not the culprit, its the refined form of it the cause of culprit. Its sad to say that scientist mis-informed the public that carbohydrates and fats were bad for health. No, they are good in the natural unrefined form. Moderate amounts of Tapioca, potato and other tubers are good for health. When we consume them in high amounts they cause imbalances in the body.

The worst problem is with the refined sugar, which contains sucrose. Sucrose is made of two different sugars, glucose and fructose. The fructose damages the cells and increases the risk of diabetes, obesity and heart diseases. (See Journal of nutrition has published its recent studies).

Is it good to munch and take more small meals rather than one or two?
The western doctors say its bad to eat one or two big meals but eating small meals is good. In fact the other way is the best. Eating one or two big meal and avoiding small meals is good. This is the traditional Ayurvedic approach and this is proved by recent research. Every time you eat,  the pancreas is forced to secrete insulin and then the whole metabolism has to be stabilized. Ayurvedic approach of diabetes is different. Click here

How good is to follow glycemic index of foods?

Pancha Bhoota, the Five element steps to heal diabetes.

4. Air Therapy:

Walk alone, do not talk and walk.

The Purpose of walking is to relax the mind. More than the exercise brining out work to the muscles and decreasing blood sugar levels, it the relaxed mind that cause the real change. So walk to relax your mind.  Talking while walking gives the mechanical physical exercise and does not relax the mind. Walking and relaxing the mind brings the best benefits of walking.

But the problem is just by walking alone some times does not relax the mind because one then starts to ponder about the problems in life  while walking. All starts of mind disturbing thoughts comes to the mind while walking alone. How to avoid this. This is why we suggest this beautiful Air therapy coupled with Pancha Bhoota therapy. Observe your breath while walking.

Observe your breath

Maximum benefit is derived when some one walks and observe the breath during walking. While walking a little faster, the rate in which we breathe increases. Instead of the unconscious subtle breathing we can notice the strong breathing during walking. Observing this breath during walking will help us to bring the wandering mind focused on the breath. This way we can avoid pondering over thoughts and relax our mind. This observing the breath and walking brings immense benefits to health of the body and the mind by giving relaxation.

what is relaxation?

Relaxation is to get over the grip of thoughts. 24 hours, seven days a week, 30 days a month, 365 days a year, 80-100 years we are thinking thinking thinking. All our energy goes into that. Just a couple of minutes without the brooding thoughts would do tremendous change in your body. Understand walking alone, in a state of not thinking about you, your past, your future, your family....is relaxation. Walking with nature helps in getting that state.

My own mom who believed that diet management alone can help in diabetes management really saw the difference when she started walking "Alone" in the early hours of the morning. She found that her mind was relaxed and from four pills a day she got down to half a pill a day. Now her sugar levels are normal and enjoys great health of mind and body.

Mind the important factor

Pancha Bhoota, the Five element steps to heal diabetes.

5. Space Therapy:

     Mind the important factor

For many of us the mind is so agitated that even breath watching is not possible for more than few minutes. Repeating a short name (Mantra) will help to stay focused on the breath. This is why the ancient sages have given a sound form (Mantra) for the mind to get relaxed. The relaxed mind alone can transcend into the field of awareness, the source of all healing (See Space therapy pages for detail).

Agitated and restless mind is the cause for physical and psychological diseases. Worrying mind aggravates diabetes like diseases. Pancha Bhoota Healing by its integrated holistic approach helps to correct diseases from the root level. Both the mind and body is taken into consideration equally which gives this methodology  high success.
