Where are all the girl kids having Moksha goal in their Mind? But they are still allowed. How can we be sure that all woman energy is being channelized for creation alone? How can we be sure that all Men who are coming to Sabarimala have Moksha goal in Mind? I know many of my relatives who go just like that without any goal with friends as group etc.

As told in the interview, we can only look at the physical level of measurement/validation of men and female. Based on age women can be checked, immaterial of Moksha thought or not. It is only a matter of subjective.
Same with Men, only Irumudi is a measure of Vratha and whether did 41 days or 1 days, is all subjective.

So, how is every Man allowed even though he does not have Moksha goal in Mind and even though he might also channelize that energy to produce sperm and pass it on to his wife after the 41 days vrata
?

Correct. So how can anybody devise a measuring scale?. Only Awareness can help. If people are given awareness, they will make better use of sabarimala temple and also life.

If it is only a physical level of measurement then how should we agree who look at things at all the 5 levels Well we live in a world where people dont look at all five levels. This is why we have conflicts and restrictions. .

So, at physical level Women are impure on those period days of every month and also through their life from puberty to till menopause to enter Moksha giving temples like Sabarimala.
Please do not use the word impure, which gives a negative connotation nowadays. The video interview clearly says that it is not about "Impurity", but channeling Energy.

Moksha is helped by Tantric Energy, but in the end it is Aagama , Unconditional Love (Aadi-Sakthi) that liberates one. Sabarimala prepares Jiva's to undergo the purification of Mind for Moksha.

Menstrual Cycle explained in terms of Voluntary and Involuntary creation mode

When one voluntarily and involuntarily takes part to become many from one, is the creation mode.

The creation mode does not mean an arbitrary creation mode. But in actuality, creation mode is backed by the present existing medical science explanation. The menstruation cycle is a commonly medically accepted phenomenon in the female physiology. The menstrual cycle prepares her body for pregnancy each month. It is the basis of the creation mode.

Menstrual cycle explained

Day 1 starts with the first day of your period. This occurs after hormone levels drop at the end of the previous cycle, signaling blood and tissues lining the uterus (womb) to break down and shed from the body. Bleeding lasts about 5 days.

Usually by Day 7, bleeding has stopped. Leading up to this time, hormones cause fluid-filled pockets called follicles to develop on the ovaries. Each follicle contains an egg.

Between Day 7 and 14, one follicle will continue to develop and reach maturity. The lining of the uterus starts to thicken, waiting for a fertilized egg to implant there. The lining is rich in blood and nutrients.

Around Day 14 (in a 28-day cycle), hormones cause the mature follicle to burst and release an egg from the ovary, a process called ovulation.

Over the next few days, the egg travels down the fallopian tube towards the uterus. If a sperm unites with the egg here, the fertilized egg will continue down the fallopian tube and attach to the lining of the uterus.

If the egg is not fertilized, hormone levels will drop around Day 25. This signals the next menstrual cycle to begin. The egg will break apart and be shed with the next period.

(Explained by the Office on Women’s Health, US Department of Health and Human Services)

This explains how a female physiology is basically continuously preparing for the pregnancy (creation) to happen. .
In conclusion, this entire process is happening by itself within the physiology of a woman, the way digestion is happening to all of us (involuntary processes). A woman cannot prevent an egg to be released for fertilization from the ovary, hence, this is what is meant by involuntary creation mode.

Men are also continuously producing sperm, which is required for the fertilization of an egg. However, in order for creation to happen, the sperm has to leave the male testis. At will they may or may not attend the creation mode, which means that the sperm will not be released from the body by itself. That is meant by voluntary creation mode.

Summary: Moreover one Mandala (41 days) vratha without creation mode men can do but not for women because by 30 days they will have menstrual cycle.

Summary: In men. when sperm gets out of testis, it is ejaculation.....for creation .....However any man can control it by controlling the mind. For women, Egg is released to uterus like ejaculation for creation mode. However, the woman cannot control it, it is involuntary.
It is nothing wrong about this for women (not impurity), but that is how the physiology is about. Therefore they cannot enter Temple, which is for liberating from the creation mode. So woman entering into the temple will divert the Energy for liberation into energy for Creation.
