The Pancha Bhoota Steps for weight loss .
Every body is different and so is the cause of high weight gain is also different. So we have given these steps so that it will help any one to lose weight. Some lose weight through water therapy, while others through the castor oil cleansing , through fermented rice, through Awarefull walking and some through diet changes by eating high fiber food.

These are the main ones. See which one works for you. Most of the time a combination works better.

To tell truth, we have seen, castor oil cleansing and fermented rice and everyday walking with awareness brings healthy weight loss. One will also see numerous other benefits like excellent skin toning, feeling energetic, free from other health problems etc.

Best is to make a regimen for yourself. Every day water therapy and awareful walking. Once in 2 or 3 weeks castor oil cleansing for few months and after that once in every 2 or 3 months. Just wanted to know when we stop that..then will we regain lost weight?

Nothing comes out of nothing.

Increase in body Weight means excess Energy is stored as Fat, or through muscle mass or bone weight. When we have more salt and toxins in the body, then it will retain more water and also can be a cause for body weight. Less exercise means we spend less and save more energy as body weight.

So we have different choices to decrease weight healthy manner. Either decrease eating calories or increase expenses through exercise.

Our Gut bacteria is another factor. They do the real digestion in our body and based on the type of bacteria, the food we eat , is digested into different products, signalling the body to store of use the energy. This is what slowly one day, modern science research will prove.
