FAQ about Water Therapy

There are many questions answered in this link about Water Therapy .

I am interested in doing water therapy.how can we use water that is available at home for this.I am asking because distilled water available in the market come in plastic cans.is that ok. please suggest what can be done if we want to use regular tap water..
You can buy filters that can be used for purifying water at home and so can avoid plastic canned water. We also suggest to use small amounts of herbs like coriander, ginger, mint, basil (Tulsi) that can remove some of the impurities ( see flavors ).

we live in US.here winters are extremely cold.is it safe to do this during winter.after performing water therapy do we have to eat only after the waterhas been excreted?

No after 30 to 45 minutes you can eat solid foods.

I am going to walk early morning and i will come back at 6.30. after walk shall i start immediately water therapy.

After walk if you you relax for 5 to 10 minutes (by that time you can warm up water to room temperature or add flavoring herbs as mentioned above. After 5 to 10 minutes then you can drink water. If your walk is less than one hour, you could drink water and then walk and by the time you come back you are ready for bathroom. Let us know which worked the best for you. please share here for the benefit of others.
