I am having an 5 year boy.from the last 3 months he used to pass the urine many times.doctor gave the antibiotic telling that it is the urinary track infection.but after doinh the urine test, and urine culture test we came to know that no micro organisms found in culture test and in urine test every thing was fine but only the ph level is 9.so we dont know about this ph level.what precautions I have to take to come down the ph level.please guide me as we are tensed about my kid.

There could be many reasons for alkaline ph (normal should be between 5 to 8. Your son's is higher around 9 and it could mean several things. www.rnceus.com/ua/uaph.html
we suggest to do another blood test called kidney function test (may be you would have done that). or please email the report of the blood work to our clinic email and will go from there.
