Let us make the two terms clear by learning it with a connection. Often we confuse about the terms mass and weight. Did you know that in different planets, your weight changes but not your mass? Example in the planet Jupiter, our weight will change but not the mass. Mass is constant, which means it is the space occupied by an object. Whereas weight is depended on on the gravitational force.

Here is a easy way to remember it:

" You can lose weight, but not your height(mass)."

So anything that changes is weight and always constant is mass.

Forces of motion

Do you know about the forces of motion?
These are the forces o motion:

1. Momentum:
The force of motion that is needed to move an object.

2. Displacement: The force of motion in relation to the change of place.

3. Acceleration: The force of motion in relation to distance.

4. Velocity: The force of motion in relation to direction.

5. Speed: The force of motion in relation to time.

Lets connect to our fingers!

Body- Force and Momentum
Mind- Displacement-acceleration
Intelligence- Velocity
Awareness- Speed
Consciousness- Energy Field (Area)

Conduction,Convection,Radiation

Conduction: Energy is transferred by direct contact.

Convection: Energy is transferred by the rapid movement of molecules.

Radiation: Energy is transferred by electromagnetic waves.

Let's Connect To Our Hand!

Body: Conduction(transfer through direct body contact - a metal spoon getting heated in a pan)

Mind: Convection(transfer due to motion of molecules - water heated in a pan)

Intelligence: Radiation(transfer due to electromagnetic radiation)

There are four stages in mitosis and meosis
Prophase - The chromatin is condensing into chromosomes.
metaphase -The chromosomes align at the metaphase plate.
Anapahse -The chromosomes split when the spindles pull apart them.
Telophase - chromosomes de-condenses when two sets separates.
Cytokinesis - cytoplasm is divided by two cells when the cleavage deepens.

The above four stages can be easily remembered by this phrase with the first letter of each word (shown in red)
Preparing to meet in the middle, and pull apart into two cells.

Have you ever had trouble memorizing the electromagnetic spectrum? Well, here is a really funny, easy and fast way to memorize the electromagnetic spectrum.

Electromagnetic Spectrum

1. Radio Waves
2. Microwaves
3. Infra-red
4. Visible
5. Ultra-violet
6. X-ray
7. Gamma

Lets connect the electromagnetic spectrum to to our daily life.

You wake up in the morning hearing the radio. You realize that you have to go to work early,so you quickly go and microwave your food and you eat it.Next get into into your car and you start driving. You realize that you did not stop at the signal giving the infra-red red light, and a car driving opposite to you was not visible to you. So got into into an accident and taken to hospital. The nurse came in a ultra-violet gown and took to the doctor who wanted an x-ray of my broken leg. He advised to a treatment using gamma rays.

I hope this will help you remember the electromagnetic spectrum.
