I have been keeping the water in copper jugs over night for my water therapy in the morning. I also read that too much copper in water is not good for u. I have a
feeling that my body heat has gone very high over the past two days.
Don't know if there is any connection.

Too much of anything is toxic. I dont think copper will leach into water in such high doses and so wont be a problem. It is safe to drink.

The heat in the body is an indication or symptom for body to get rid of toxic waste. So boils appear to set balance in body. So try taking cooling things (detoxifiers), like yogurt, fermented rice, triphala powder , coconut water or do castor oil cleansing.

Also listen to the general health talk in this link.

Is boiling in copper vessels good?
Not sure about it. May be not a problem, because it might be very small amounts that leeches into the water. Even if steel pans are used, iron will also leech. Best is to boil in earthern pots like ancient people, who got the nutrients from the earthern materials too,
