I have started eating nut mix, but I am using whatever available with me.
Can you please let me know if my combination is correct or wrong.

Almond 5, black and green raisins 11, fig 2, dates 5, sesame seeds 1spoon all soaked ove night, then I saperated water and drink saperately. Then I add grated coconut, curd and banana.
Is this combination correct?
Can I mix banana and curd? I know I cannot mix banana and milk, so I prefer using curd.

Second question
Can we mix Proteins and carbohydrates? In south india dal rice is most common. Even in north dal roti.

And what about mixing proteins with curd.
We take curd along with dal in meals?

Most of your questions are answered in this link .

When you are using the nut and dried fruit mix, then then banana and curd needed. Dried nuts and dried nuts as such is complete and tasty.

Banana and curd could be used separately.
