The Indian traditional recipes will not have mixture of two animal proteins...example, milk, yogurt and animal meat, fish and eggs. They are extremely bad for health. Diary with plant proteins are good combinations.

Avoid food that contains pesticides, insecticides, preservatives, colors and chemical flavors. If these are avoided, Indian food can prevent many diseases.
