Thanks for the procedure.
Is this the procedure for Ganesha homam or Ganesha pooja?

What are these mixture combinations? Are these the offering made to Lord Ganesha in the 8th step?

Which are the ingredients that we need to add as you mentioned in 10th step? Are these too the mixture combinations only and do we have to add them 11 times?

Why are the mixture combinations given week wise? Do we have to perform this pooja every week?

This is a simplified version of a homa to be done every day at home or office.

For seven days use the first ingredient with ghee and divided into 11 parts and offered (11 X 1 = 11 times).
Second week, the first week ingredient plus the second ingredient mixed with ghee, divided into 11 parts and offered (11 X 1 = 11 times). This is done for the next seven days of the second week.

Third week, two ingredients from the first two weeks plus the third ingredient and finally mixed with ghee and divided into 11 parts and offered (11 X 1 = 11 times). This is done for the next seven days of the third week.

Similarly 4, 5, 6 and 7 week. After that if continued use the last day mix for ever.

If the homa is done every day it generates SAl Energy everyday. This is like working all days and getting paid rather than working one day a week and paid only less. As long as SAL energy is needed this can be continued on a daily basis.

Actually it doesn't make sense to me adding each ingredient every week and lot of time gets wasted when we count 11 pieces of individual ingredient.
Yes you are right, Once you reach the final, you can mix the contents add 11 times. You dont need then to count.

Can we move the ingredients when they are on fire with some think like a stick or spoon so as to make sure the ingredients are burning well?

Yes can be done.
Do we need to wash the Copper or Iron vessel used for the Homam daily?
Good to wash. Or least discard the ash and sprinkle water before you begin as an act of purification.

Sometimes, If we are know that we cannot perform Ganesha homam on particular days can we perform it just like manasa pooja?
Yes Manamasa Pooja can be done too, when you cannot physically do it.

I am not able to find Popped rice near my place or online so stuck with the first 2 ingredients. Shall I start using the next ingredient or just continue with the Dry coconut pieces and Flattened rice?
You may skip to the next ingredient.

Why these ingredients are used?

The elements in the periodic table have their own functional properties, like iron, copper , silica etc. Same way Dry Coconut pieces, puffed rice, flattened rice , Bamboo seeds all have their own functional properties when put in fire. That functional properties have frequency with the intention we have in our mind.

Since each Devata (GODS) represent unique functional aspects, the fire rituals ingredients are different.

Can the pooja be done during any time of the day especially when there is a time constraint?

Ganesha Pooja best done in the morning, before noon. Better to do before eating breakfast.
For Ganesha pooja, Can one also use the copper haven patra instead.

The copper havan patra is the most ideal one.

If we miss one day do we continue till we perform ganesha pooja for a total of 7 days before we go to the increased ingredient
.Missing a day is not a problem. No you can add one more day and make it seven and then continue. You dont need to repeat one more seven day round to mathced the missed one day.

When i perform the Homam, do i place any brick or metal underneath the plate? You can use a brick or metal or even directly on floor is fine. Brick or metal is used to prevent any damage to your floor.

What should i do with the burned coconut after the homam? Good to put in your garden or do composting. If you dont have that option, then collect in a bag and once a while you can trash it with other trash packs.

3) When i chant the Ganapathy mantra , should i chant both the mantra or either one :

a)OM Gam Ganapathaye Swaha

b)OM SrIM hrIM kLIM gLouM gaM gaNapatayE vara varada sar^vvajanaM mE vashamaanaya svaahaH

The second has Beeja (seed) sounds making it generate more energy.

1) If married couple staying apart in different houses, is it sufficient for either one of them to perform the Ganapathy homam or both must perform?
A family has more income when both the couple work (immaterial of whether the married couple stay together or not). Similarly, when married couple living together or separate when does the energizing ritual brings prosperity to the family.

2) I leave to work before sunrise. Can i perform lamp lighting and ganapathy homam before sunrise?
Before sunrise, the rituals done bring more energy than done after sun rise (Brahma Muhurth starts after 3.30 4 AM in morning). So doing it early is even more better.
