1) We are constantly exposed to heavy metal in daily life. How do we detox the heavy metals from our body so our cells can function optimally?
Body intelligently excretes through bile and the fiber rich foods traps it and through it in feaces. Coriander leaves chutney is well proven to remove heavy metals. No wonder Indian cooking add's coriander leaves in sambar, rasam and many other foods. Vegetarians certainly gets these benefits more.

2) Does viral /bacteria which lives in our body creates problem when their colony outgrows? Can we do something to reduce these viral /bacteria load frequently to keep our body healthy?( exp some viral infection cause arthiritis, infertility in females which live quitely in the body).

Modern science proves that there are 10 times more microbial and viruses than human cells. It is the delicate balance that creates a healthy body. Due to bad food habits, life style, stress, worries, tension, anxiety, selfishness, stingy, meanness and other negativeness, this balance is upset and then the bacteria/viral load increases. To stay healthy, five aspects are needed .

3) How to reduce inflammation in the body?
One has to prevent inflammation of body and the mind through right life style and right thinking and awareness. It is discussed in detail in this section .
