Children frequent cough and cold 4 years 5 months ago #2037

My son easily can get cough and flu. Even he eat ice cream or swim in bath tub, he get cold and cough. I also avoid cool things when he have slight cough or flu. How to improve his immune system?

As you know there are five factors for low immunity.
1. Healthy food: The immune cells of our body will fight against infections by producing antibodies and other agents. For manufacturing these the body requires supply of all nutrients, not just vitamins and minerals but also phytochemicals. All these come from whole foods and eating different varieties of grains, fruits, vegetables, fruits, greens etc. Today children are given only a few of these and our foods are mainly oriented only for taste and not for keeping the body healthy.

2. Cleansing: Again just taking healthy foods alone will no be sufficient, but also waste and toxins should be removed from body. Doing castor oil cleansing once a month keep the body's immunity strong. Water therapy daily also helps. Children doses are different for water and castor oil.

3. Proper sleep (early sleep) and good exercise through play also is a factor for immunity.

4. Awareful Breathing. Good breathing is very much needed for all cells of the body, which can be done through Yoga and pranayama.

5. Luck Energy for health: If this is low, no matter whatever above is done, immunity will be low. So ways to increase it also should be focused.
