Who am I? is not a spiritual question, but a Selftual question. This means look at yourself from the realistic perspective gives you a totally a different perspective.

The number of microbial cells in your body outnumbers human cells. This article shows this fact
Who am I? .

The human microbiome may need to be thought of more as “a part of us” than as a part of the environment.

Isnt Self an egositic word?

Many people mis-understand the word Self., The self is not the "Me, me, me or I I I. The me me me is the Ego or the divided individuality. Self is the undivided or "Divine". The Ego shadows the Self and that is why not many realizes the Self. Only when the Ego is transcended one gets the light of the Self, within.
