1) What is different between Soul and spirit? Is the spirit the subtle body?
Look at the Ancient Uni5 model of our five fingers to understand what constitutes our Being. We have

1. Gross perceptible physical Body (little finger)
2. Emotional Mind, a flow of thoughts of likes and dislikes (Ring finger)
3. Intelligence (that which organizes a logical process of thoughts in mind)

The above three are gross, tangible, perceptible (Drishta) and measurable - Maya.

The below one (#4) is Subtle and is Adrishta (Non-tangible) and only indirectly measurable mathematically (Jyothish) and not materialistically with any Energy tools.

4. Self Awareness, the Energy field which animates the gross intelligence, mind and body. This field is changing with the laws of Energy which means that it decreases when it is spent in material form). Hence it is called as Spirit or the life force. It keeps all the impressions of the body, mind and intelligence and does not die along with the death of the body, mind and intelligence. This means the spirit (Life Energy) continues to live even after death of body.

5. Consciousness (Purusha) - This is the Soul (not Energy spirit) and does not have birth and death or any change. It does not undergo absolute change but looks as though changes (apparent) as Spirit or Energy (Prakrithi). This remarkable knowledge was given by Kapilacharya, the seed of all the philosophies of the planet.

2) Is Soul a reflection of Subtle body? Yes, Subtle body (Spirit) is a reflection of the Soul. More than reflection, the better way is to see Spirit as the changing aspect of the changeless Soul.

Like the gold and different ornaments. Ornaments is spirit and Gold is Soul. The gold remains unchanged irrespective of it being melted and shaped into many shapes and sizes. Same way is the unchanging-Soul and changing-spirit.

The spirit is conditioned in time (kala) and Space (Desha) and can identify with a particular name and form and attains its qualities(Saguna)

The soul is not conditioned by time and space (nirguna).

3) After someone died natural death then Subtle body shed and soul enter into new womb?

The souls is an unchanging Phenomenon. The spirit is what tries to express in a new body (which we call as entering into a new body). The spirit carries all the information to express in a new body. Also very important to know that the spirit needs a critical energy level to get a body.

All spirits competes with zillions of other spirits to get a body. This is why a Male Human ejects 100 millions sperms, which all compete to fuse with one Ovum in female body. This is why Kapailcharya called the Soul as Purusha and the changing spirit as Prakrithi. Another name for spirit is Jeeva (jiva).

Other names of Purusha are Brahmam or Para-Brahmam or Para-matmam.
Other names of Prakruthi are Sakthi, Para-Sakthi, Jeevatman.

When a word ends in "M", it denotes the unconditional or eternal....like Brahmam, Atmam.

When a word ends in "N", it denotes the conditioned by time and space....like Brahman, Atman.

Brahma is the lord of creation in time and space and should not be confused with Brahmam or Brahmin.

Brahmin is a human being born in a family which tries to transcend beyond the Body, mind and intelligence to the awareness state.

A spiritual sadhaka is an individual irrespective of family, place of origin, religious background, tries to transcend beyond the Body, mind and intelligence to the awareness state.

Why all living beings fear death?

We fear death (not to give up the body) because our spirit knows that it got the current body by swimming in millions of female reproductive organs to get into an egg through the sperm and then use the body to express the desires. It feels dizzy when it has to repeat the same tiresome process.

Adisankaracharya says that desires make the spirits undergoes countless births until it is tired and seeks liberation or Moksha from it.

4)Some people says Subtle body contain information about past life and subtle body carry your soul to different body.
All these confusions comes, when the concept of Energy - Sakthi, of Bharath is not taken into account. Spirit or subtle body has all information to express all likes and dislikes in a different body. However the Soul doesnot have any change. Spirit is Soul in a dynamic (active energy) form. The spirit when loses its spirit and transcend to Soul, it attains Moksha or Liberation.
