Diarrhea signs and symptoms could include watery stools from 5 to 10 days. This occurs due to the disturbance in the microbiome population in our gut.

Instant relief occurs by doing this fenugreek method.

Activated charcoal for diarrhea

Activated charcoal has ability to attract and expel ingested toxins from the gastrointestinal tract. It acts to prevent system absorption of these adverse entities, adsorbing them on the surface of its particles, making it a suitable diarrheal treatment.

Good quality activated charcoal can be bought from ysa market.

Adults can have one spoon of activated charcoal powder to stop diarrhea. children from 5 years to 10 years can have one very small teaspoon of activated charcoal powder (charcoal powder can be mixed with room temperature water and give). children from 2 years to five years can be given two to three pinches of activated charcoal powder mixed with room temperature water to stop diarrhea.

For best results use organic quality foods.

Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds (venthayam)  in a quarter glass of water. The water should be like body temperature warmth (not hot not cold) when you soak it at night.  Next day morning drink  the water in empty stomach to stop diarhoea. It is good to chew the seeds too.

If one is severely dehyrdated, then drinking tender coconut water (fresh  and not packaged or bottled), home made butter milk are also good.

When going to tropical countries like India, it is best to eat one teaspoon of turmeric mixed with a big pinch of black peper (quarter teaspoon) seed powder at night. The best is to keep milk (25 ml) in a silver cup (not stainless steel)  and then  add one teaspoon turmeric powder  and quarter teaspoon black pepper seed powder to it.

This will prevent any infections if used from a week before the start of journey till a few days after the journey.
