Because of high number of letters we are giving the general treatment regimen here which will produce desired results. If this did not help you then please write to us and we will give individual suggestions to you.

Water Therapy : We generally recommend doing Water Therapy  to cleanse not only the intestines and  liver but the whole body. Drink 1.5 liters of water first in the morning, using mild amount of flavors like ginger, cumin seeds, mint leaves, cardamom, coriander seeds, Sarsparilla root powder, hibiscus flowers etc)  for better results.

Earth Therapy: 1. For 41 days eat orange peel or lemon peel  (half the fruit's peel is enough). You can either cut into small piece and eat with yogurt or you can grind with coconut and add salt and pepper and make a thick paste and eat it. This is excellent for hydrocole.


We found lemon leaves works excellent for varicose veins and many nerve problems too.  Lemon leaves can be ground to a thick solid paste with minimum water or with yogurt (buttermilk). Drinking a glass of buttermilk  along increases the efficacy many folds.


If you cant get lemon leaves then an alternative is orange peel , but it is not as effective  as the leaf. Orange peel can be used in chutney form or minced in yogurt and eaten. Use organic orange peel to avoid the pesticides sprayed on the peel. See Sakthi Kitchen for chutney and breakfast  recipes.


2.Everyday try to eat three or four litchi fruits. eat at least couple of them everyday, fresh is better than canned.

The red ones are delicious to eat . You can get in Asian stores or Chinese stores. These are very effective for hydrocele or orchitis (testicular swelling). Avoid canned litchi unless you have no source of fresh fruit.

3. Eat a piece of fresh Aloe Vera. Do not get canned ones. Get fresh from plant and eat only the gel pulp.

4. Drink everyday fresh pineapple juice, fresh from fruit. its effectiveness is improved when you eat a teaspoon of turmeric root powder before drinking the juice. Use organic pineapple and organic turmeric for maximum result. This reduces swellings and water retention and inflammation in the body.

6. Eat different types of vegetables, grains, fruits leafy vegetables every day which will everyday cleanse the body and nourish the body. See Sakthi Kitchen for whole foods. Processed foods cause inflammation in the body and finally diseases. So use whole foods and fresh vegetables and fruits as your food. Try using organically grown foods that are free from pesticides and other chemicals. Use fresh foods instead of refrigerated and canned one's or frozen and microwaved. All these destroy the healing power of food.

7. Fiber-rich foods absorb toxins not only in foods, but also make those secreted through the bile  to the stomach. We recommend using fiber rich whole grains like brown rice (remember to soak in water and cook), whole rye flakes (33% fiber compared to 20% fiber in oats), whole wheat flakes (28%), barley flakes (26%). Millets like Ragi rich in fiber. In all ancient traditions, people ate different types of grains and millets  many of the readers might be unaware of the names.  These millets give different nourishment that help prevent many diseases like cardiovascular, diabetes, cancer etc.  millet, kodo-millet.


   Very important is to cleanse the liver and intestines with Castor oil and Gallnut (cleansing) before starting the Pancha Bhoota and you can alternatively do the cleanse every two months (one time castor oil , next time gall-nut cleansing).

Liver -Tonic Chutneys:

   Every day eat the following chutneys. One per day. seven days seven chutneys and then repeat them again. All leaves  should be raw and not heat sauted. But you can add coconut, red pepper, or black sesame seeds or
split peas dal and salt to make it tasty.

1. Coriander leaves chutney
2. Phyllanthus Niruri leaves chutney
3. Bringraj  leaves chutney 
4. Curry leaves chutney
5. Coriander leaves chutney
6. Mint leaves chutney
7. Moringa leaves  chutney or use Aloe Vera leaves.

   If you feel the chutney is bitter, then you can make it thick and make it as a small marble and swallow it with water. Make them small balls so that you do not choke yourself.

If you cannot afford fresh leaves, then get dried leaves and boil in water and drink the decoction.

Fire Therapy:  Less walking causes poor stool (bowel) movements and  that also contributes to constipation. Avoid being  sedentary (more hours of sitting before computers or resting). Walk twice in the morning and evening.

   Yoga is very good especially Surya Namaskar given in fire section. It helps in good lymphatic circulation.  When you do the stretching feel your testicles are getting good air circulation, blood circulation and lymphatic circulation.

Air therapy: Taking a long breath and relaxes every now and then reduces stress in the body. DoingPranayama  5 minutes morning and evening is also good. Feel your testicles get good oxygen circulation.

Space Therapy: Similarly relaxation  of the mind reduces stress.

A single factor may be a biased view for the cause of a disease.
