Cleansing Factor - Pregnancy

 

After getting pregnant it is difficult to change one's life style including food habits. So it is best to do changes or practice changes before pregnancy.  We recommend both the husband and wife to make healthy changes at-least three to six months earlier to planning pregnancy. This way the husband produces healthy sperms and the wife healthy eggs.

    All these if started before pregnancy will make the husband and wife to produce high quality sperms and eggs which is the fundamental of the body of the baby. If they are of good quality the baby born will be very healthy.

    It is waste of time and highly stressful to try to correct the health of a child after it is born. The above life style changes can be done throughout pregnancy only if they are adopted atleast 3 to 6 months before pregnancy.
