This unification or unity in diversity is Peace or love or happiness, which is established only by embracing our view with others view and contemplate why the views differ.

Please discuss all topics in this blog with the above intention. We can discuss here Atheism, all Religions, Spirituality, Science in connection to body, mind, intelligence, Awareness and Consciousness.

To achieve this we are giving you a template where you can identify your views and others view. This will guaranteed Unity, peace, love and happiness. With this Universal template, all difference of opinion between religions, science will melt away like heat melting all different ice cubes to pure water.

Five templates that will unify all our thoughts.

3. A logical pattern
4. connection to our Self
5. That is universal to all at times.

We will find that every view of us is at one of the five levels. The higher level is that which stays for longer and universal. This view will bring peace and happiness in our lives.

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup Sprouted Ragi
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 cup water
• 2 tsp Palm Jaggery Syrup (or) Country sugar
• 5 soaked Almonds
• 2 pinch of cardamom powder

Procedure:
• Take ¼ cup ragi, wash and soak for 10-12 hours.
• Next day wash the ragi and filter it in a clean cloth.
• Close the cloth and leave it for 1 day to sprout.
• Peel the almond skin and grind it in a mixie for few seconds.
• Then add sprouted ragi, ½ cup of water and grind.
• Filter using the strainer or clean cloth.
• Then again use that ragi to grind with ½ cup of water.
• Filter it and squeeze out the milk.
• In a vessel, add the ragi milk.
• Keep stirring in low flame.
• Cooking time will take 4-5 minutes. It will become thick.
• Once it starts boiling, switch off the stove.
• Let it cool down to room temperature.
• Then add coconut milk based on your required consistency.
• Add palm jaggery syrup or country sugar according to the taste.
• Finally add cardamom powder and mix.

Super healthy ragi vegan milkshake is ready to be served.

Ingredients:
• Keezhanelli/Phyllanthus Niruri – 30-40 gms
• ½ tsp Cumin seeds
• ½ tsp pepper
• 2 inch Ginger
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1.5 to 2 cups of water
• Required salt
Procedure:
 First crush the pepper coarsely in mortar and pestle.
 In a kadai, pour the oil, once it becomes hot, add cumin seeds, crushed pepper, Ginger & Garlic.
 Mix evenly and let it cook in slow flame for 1.5 to 2 minutes till we get nice aroma and slight golden brown.
 In the meanwhile, chop the keezhanelli so that it will be easy to eat.
 Add the chopped keezhanelli to the kadai and pour 1.5 to 2 cups of water.
 Add required salt and mix evenly.
 Let it boil in medium flame for 5-6 minutes. So that the leaves essence gets into the water.
 Switch off the stove and transfer to serving bowl.

Healthy Keezhanelli soup is ready to be served.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
• ½ cup Besan/Gram Flour
• ½ cup Powdered Rock Candy
• ½ cup Ghee
• ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
• Pinch of salt

Procedure:
• In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour and Besan flour.
• Add powdered rock candy, cardamom powder, Pinch of salt.
• Mix well without any lumps.
• Add ghee and make a dough.
• Place butter paper in the baking tray.
• Take a small portion and make a ball.
• Press like disc shape and place it on the baking tray.
• With the help of a knife, make a cross (cut ¾ of the cookie dough). Do not cut fully, if you do so, cookie dough will break.
• Bake in the pre heated oven at 180 deg c for 20-25 minutes or till it is light golden brown.
• Once done, take out the tray from the oven and let it cool down for some time.
• Enjoy the healthy cookies.

Notes : The amount of ghee needed may vary by 2 tbsp more as it depends on how fine the flours are.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Pirandai
2. 1 small size tomato
3. 8 shallots
4. 6 Garlic cloves
5. 1 inch ginger
6. 1 small size ball tamarind soaked in water
7. 2 tbsp sambar powder
8. 2 tsp mustard seeds
9. Little bit of hing
10. Oil as required
11. Salt as required

Procedure:
• Wash and remove the leaves.
• Apply oil in the hands before chopping.
• If it is bigger, peel the skin with the peeler.
• If it is smaller, remove the skin with your hands.
• In a kadai, add oil, once it becomes hot add shallots, garlic, ginger and tomato.
• Fry for few minutes.
• Then add Pirandai/Adamant creeper and mix evenly.
• Let it cook until the color changes slightly.
• Once done, switch off and let it cool down.
• After it cools, grind it in a mixie jar without adding water, after few seconds, open and then add ½ cup of water and grind again to a smooth paste.
• In a kadai, add oil, once it becomes hot, add mustard seeds and hing.
• Then add grinded pirandai paste and mix evenly.
• Add tamarind water and mix.
• Then add sambar powder and salt.
• Let it cook until the raw smell of sambar powder goes.
• Finally add ¼ cup of water and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
• Then switch off the stove.

Hot Pirandai is ready to be served. It can be had with Idli, Dosa, Rice or Chappathi.

Ingredients:
Red Rice - 2 Tbspn
Jaggery - 1/2 Cup - Grated
Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom - 2 Pinch
Cashew - 5 to 6
Ghee - 1 Tspn
Water - 1.5 Cups

Serves: 2 Persons

Procedure:
Step 1: In a kadai, Once it becomes hot, dry roast the red rice for 2- 3 minutes in slow flame
Step 2: Let it cool down
Step 3: Grinde the red rice to a course powder in a mixie jar.
Step 4: In the same kadai, add the grinded rice & add 1.5 cups of water (See Note)
Step 5: Let it cook for 15 minutes in medium slow flame
Step 6: Keep jaggery ready by dissolving in water and filter the impurities.
Step 7: Once rice gets cooked, add jaggery water & cardamom. Mix evenly and switch off the stove.
Step 9: In a small frying pan add 1 tsp of ghee and fry the cashew until it becomes golden brown.
Step 10: Pour the cashews in the kheer.
Step 11: Once the kheer cools down, add the coconut milk to the kheer.

Kheer is ready to be served.

Notes:
Do not add more water, it will make the kheer more watery.
Do not add coconut milk when the kheer is hot, it will get curdled.
